Benefits of physical activities 💪

                Exercise is defined as "activity requiring physical effort, carried out to sustain or improve health and fitness."  There are many types of activities such as jogging,hiking,trekking, cycling and so on. In my article, I'm going to mention benefits of doing physical activities.


                 First of all and I think the most important of all, exercises can make you feel happy. It is known that it increases the production of endorphines and reduces the feeling of anxiety and pain. you become less stressed as you keep on exercising. You can have better and positive mood and of course this will affect your daily life positively.


                Secondly, if you take regular exercises, this will help you burn calories and lose weight. physical activities can help you maintain your weight over time. Your muscles will become much more stronger and you will look fitter as you keep your daily exercises.


             Thirdly, it reduces the risk of chronic disases. Studies have shown that if you don't keep regular exercises, you can develop diabetes as your belly can get fatter . diabetes can lead to increase in blood pressure, heart attacks and even early deaths. It is important to do exercises especially for olders who are vulnerable to certain diseases.

              Another important benefit of doing exercises is that it helps your skin grow healthily. it is useful for skin health. Moderate exercise can provide antioxidant protection and delays the signs of aging so you look younger than you are :)    

                The other use of exercises is that it helps you sleep well. It is a known fact that regular sleep is very important for body health.  It improves sleep quality. You feel more energetic if you sleep well, and this will help you feel better both mentally and psychologically. 

              In conclusion, exercises have so many benefits. No matter which exercises you take, it will help you have a healthy life habit. It will improve your life mentally, physically and psychologically. If you keep your exercises daily, you will grow much more healthier than before. So, do your sports become healthy and happy :)
