                                                Sustainable Development goals


                      "Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present, without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs." It aims to have a better future for all generations and improve the quality of human life.

                          United nations department of economic and social affairs set 17 goals which were intented to achieved by the year 2030. The goals are no poverty, zero hunger, good health and well being,quality education, gender equality, clean water and sanitation, affordable and clean energy,decent work and economic growth, industrt,innovation and infrastructure,reduced inequalities, sustainable cities and communities, responsible consumption and communication, climate action, life below water, life on land,peace, justice and strong instutions and partnership for the goals. As it is seen, the goals were intented for us to  have a secure life and environment.

                        The goals are important for planet and humanity, The dimensions of sustainable development are integrated, one completes the other. There are three dimensions of sustainable development : economic, social and environmental. In terms of "humanity", it aims to end poverty and hunger to enable a better and fulfilling life. ın terms of "planet ", it aims to increase the use of natural sources and take action against climate change and global warming. On the agenda, it says "we are determined to ensure that all human beings can enjoy prosperous and fullfilling lives, and that economic, social and technological progress occurs in harmony with nature". What a great sentence this is ! İt is full of hope . it also says that they are determined to create peaceful societies that are free from violence and fear. From my point of view, the goals are great as they were all intented for global welfare and prosperity without inequality and injustice. 

                In conclusion, sustainable development goals are for humanity, planet and communities, They are all for our future welfare together with present well being. Future is in our hands ! İf we want to have a better and fulfilling, we should do our best to save nature. The most important of all, we should take action immeditaly .

  Benefits of physical activities 💪                 Exercise is defined as " activity requiring physical effort, carried out to sustain or improve health and fitness."  There are many types of activities such as jogging,hiking,trekking, cycling and so on. In my article, I'm going to mention benefits of doing physical activities.                  First of all and I think the most important of all, exercises can make you feel happy. It is known that it increases the production of endorphines and reduces the feeling of anxiety and pain. you become less stressed as you keep on exercising. You can have better and positive mood and of course this will affect your daily life positively.                 Secondly, if you take regular exercises, this will help you burn calories and lose weight. physical activities can help you maintain your weight over time. Your muscles will become much more stronger and you will look fitter as you keep your daily exercises.              Thirdly,
